Success

It is the little things in life that make the biggest difference...

Today we are 19 weeks pregnant, PRAISE GOD!
Today also marks the first time since we were 7 weeks, that I have gone a FULL WEEK without vomiting!!!! Can any of you out there understand my sheer excitement in this??? That was a total of 11 weeks straight - full of morning sickness - YUCK!!!

From week 7 until week 18 I vomited at least once every other day, if not once or twice every day. I had morning sickness last week on Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday. But then it stopped. I am feeling successful!

Still no belly really to speak of, no real weight gain, and I haven't decided fully if the things I am feeling in my abdomen are gas bubbles or baby movements.

It doesn't matter though, the daily toilet bowl hugging has been gone for a straight 7 days!
Halleluiah!!!!

Also, in less than two weeks we find out who is swimming around down there - a he or a she - the votes are steadily coming in! :) If you have one, be sure to pass it along. :)

My guess is a girl, because you haven't gotten a tummy yet... I can FULLY appreciate your excitement over no vomiting. I had m/s for 18 weeks straight with the Little Prince (Wils)... I thought I was going to DIE! LOL I hate puking. I didn't have it quite so long with Maegan, and I've had it only slightly here in the 3rd trimester with LLBEAN (only 4 weeks 5 days until his/her arrival)... I'd really like to be included in a shower for you Miss Karen... who do I need to notify??? ;)

19 weeks! WOW, girl you are nearly at the 1/2 way mark!!! I'm so excited for you. I'll be down your way today, headed down for another friend's baby shower. Take care of yourself, and know I'm thinking about you! Can't wait to find out for sure about your little girl! ;)

Karen, I don't know if you remember me from JMU or not, but I've been blogstalking you for some time now from Jenny's blog! :) Just wanted to say hi, congrats on the baby on the way, and I'm glad you're friends with sweet Jenny! (Just a little jealous that you get to hang out with her all the time and we don't!) I'm glad the sickness seems to be subsiding, too. I thankfully didn't really experience that with my baby, but I've heard every pregnancy is different, so hopefully your next one will be better in that regard!
