1st "Beach" Trip of 2012

My sister Kirsten lives in a subdivision that surrounds a large lake and around this lake, are many "beaches". There is one main beach specifically where we have gone a few times with the girls. We went one time last summer and have already been three times this year. The girls LOVE the lake and the beach. Some might think it is hard work taking 3 kiddos to the beach, but it really is very relaxing for me (as long as no one is going out too far and/or underwater - haha!). The girls love to play, and splash, and swim, and dig, and build, and jump off the dock, etc. etc. It is a wonderful retreat for us and we do hope to go at least once a week this summer. Not to mention, it is only FIVE MINUTES!!!!!! from our new home! Next summer, we might just live there! LOL! :)
