Chyler has become an Elmo lover through and through. She has only actually watched Elmo a handful of times, but she has several Elmo books and just recently she has started to LOVE anything Elmo. We are planning an Elmo party for her upcoming 2nd birthday and I am even going to "attempt" to make some Elmo cupcakes. She is so excited!!! We gave her a little pack of Elmo books (she is definitely a book lover like her big sis) for Christmas and it clearly is her favorite gift. She carries it around with her everywhere, and even sleeps with it. A few weeks ago we accidentally left them at Mimi & Papa's house and every day she would say "Elmo Books at Mimi's house" in the saddest little voice. :( So adorable.
The other night while Sierra was at dance class with her Daddy, I allowed her to watch an episode of Elmo while I was making dinner. She was in her glory of course, 1 because the TV has been off for a week and the girls are now having to "earn" TV time, and if they do earn it, they only get 30 minutes per day; and 2 because she was able to watch ELMO without any distractions from her big sister.
