Relay for Life

Last Saturday, Brian, Sierra, Jenny, and I went to the Virginia Beach Relay for Life. It was hotter than HOT so we didn't stay long. Poor Sierra was burning up, at one point the temperature gauge on her stroller said 102 degrees.

We walked a couple laps and set up luminaries for Melissa and Daniel in front of the Virginia Beach Sheriff's Office booth. The theme this year for the event was Disney Films. So the Sheriff's office (namely, Brian's training class) set up their booth to resemble Pirate's of the Caribbean. It was awesome and by far the best set up there! We had a great time and it was wonderful to spend some time with our awesome friend Jenny, who we just don't see often enough these days. Check out the photos from the event below.
